Our experience at Buena Park Dtl was great!!! Dr. Zach was amazing. Took his time personally to explain everything in detail. And he made us feel comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and I especially appreciated Melissa positive attitude. We would def recommend this office to anyone needing dental work. Thank you Dr. Zach.

Honestly, I did not have the best experience here. Everything felt very rushed. My teeth cleaning lasted about 5 minutes, and unfortunately, my teeth did not feel noticeably cleaner afterward. In addition, I felt like the hygienist was constantly trying to sell me add-ons and additional services throughout the appointment, which made the experience feel more sales-focused than patient-focused. I understand that everyone’s experience can be different, but based on my visit, I personally would not return or recommend this place.

What an amazing experience! As someone who gets very anxious about dental visits, I couldn't have asked for a better first impression. The staff and the dentist were absolutely amazing—kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The office is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, which made the entire experience smooth and efficient. Honestly, my first visit almost seemed too good to be true, but my cleaning and second appointment were just as positive. The level of care, professionalism, and attention to patient comfort has been consistent every step of the way. I'm so grateful to have found this practice and highly recommend it to anyone, especially if you experience dental anxiety!
