I had a very disappointing experience at Buena Park Inn. The room had a strong unpleasant odor, and the air conditioning unit was extremely loud and did not function properly. Due to the condition of the room, I was unable to comfortably stay and left the property without completing my stay. I reported the issues and was unable to obtain a satisfactory resolution. I also contacted the police regarding the situation and obtained an incident number for documentation purposes. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and would advise future guests to carefully inspect their room upon arrival.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, but depending on the room, it seems that housekeeping is sometimes not done at all. During this stay, the refrigerator in my room was not cold whatsoever, and a terrible odor came out the moment I opened the door. It was in such bad condition that I didn’t even want to put a bottle of water inside. As for the bathroom, you can tell from the photos I’ve attached that it looked very dirty and unhygienic.

Building looks rundown, the room was severely outdated, the service was absolutely horrible.... I was waiting in my car not even 5 minutes waiting for my friend to get back to me on the room number. I was approached in a very unfriendly manner and told to leave because I was waiting? I literally did nothing wrong... So I had to park around the corner and then walk all the way back.... I do not recommend going here The room smelled very stale and the AC was louder than a semi truck too
