Cc Cort· 5 months agoI stayed here while attending the medieval show nearby, so the location was convenient. However, the experience was mixed. The pool was closed during our stay. While they did send an email about it, it would have been helpful to have a clearer notice at the time of booking. The elevator was also out of service, which made getting to our upstairs room very difficult, especially traveling with kids. I also had an uncomfortable interaction with the front desk. My 6-year-old nephew was curious about why the pool was closed, and when I politely asked on his behalf, the staff member simply pointed at a sign with an attitude. It felt dismissive and lacking basic customer service. The room itself was okay, but cleanliness was a concern. There was a blood stain on the carpet and on one of the bed sheets, which was disturbing. I went to the front desk and asked for a clean sheet, but that was t
Streetside Sampler· 7 months agoWe booked this hotel for Valentine's day as Medieval Times is just across the street, which is where we were having dinner. We got a 2 queen suite on the 2nd floor with a small balcony. Rooms were super super clean! We didn't hear any other guests during our stay. The beds were in a seperate room from the TV and couch, and it seemed like the walls in that room had been somewhat soundproofed. We couldn't even hear the TV in the other room! We didn't use the pool, but it looked clean and easy to access. The elevator is in a weird spot to the back but that made it easier for us as we parked on the side. Parking pass is required or they'll tow you! Staff was super friendly, check-in was quick, pricing for holiday suite was very fair. We requested extra pillows and towels and were accommodated. Target is walking distance if you don't want to drive. A pleasant walk through a nice neighbo
Olivia Gross· 3 months agoMy husband and I chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to Disneyland and the metro L.A. area. We had just flown in and spent the day in L.A. and had plans for an early Disneyland day next - so we really just needed a place to crash for the night and we did just that! Since we were on the ground floor, all the way at the back of the hotel, we tried to use the sliding glass door to take our luggage out to the car parked nearby, only to find out it couldn't open because it was already broken. This was just a small inconvenience and didn't ruin our experience, but the establishment could probably use some refurbishments.
