I have been coming here for maybe two years and have never had an issue until my last stay. I am being wrongfully accused of leaving plastic on a smoke detector. I’m confused as to the fact that this wasn’t reported by the housekeeper, who cleaned the room before I checked in, if the plastic wasn’t supposed to be there in the first place. They’re refusing to send my deposit back and are banning me from staying. The plastic on the smoke detector was already there when I arrived, but I figured it had something to do with maintenance, so I didn’t think much of it because work is always being done at this hotel. Recently stayed here and overall it was a smooth, comfortable experience. The place was clean, the room was well kept, and everything felt easy from the moment we checked in. Staff were friendly and the whole process was pretty seamless. Breakfast is on the simpler side—it gets the job done, but adding a few hot options like eggs or pancakes would really round things out. Still, for a clean and convenient stay in Anaheim, it does exactly what you need without any hassle. Would consider coming back.
