This is an exceptional Fairfield Inn and our check-in with the super star receptionist, Louie, set the tone for our stay. Louie was so welcoming, personable, and accommodating during our stay and made us feel valued as elite Marriott Bonvoy members. He was able to accommodate our two rooms on the same floor, so our family could easily access each other during our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel to all and thank you to Louie for being truly extraordinary and going above and beyond for us. We will definitely be back.

Positives: The hotel is about a 10–12 minute drive from Disneyland, which was very convenient. Free parking was also a plus. The lobby is locked at night and requires a key, which made it feel safe. Breakfast was included with good options, and everything stayed well stocked even during busy times. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable enough for resting after long park days. Negatives: Before arrival, I called ahead to reserve a rollaway bed and was assured there would be one available, but it was not. We then requested to be moved to a room with two beds. While they accommodated us, we had originally paid for a suite, and the replacement room was a downgrade, yet we were still charged the suite rate. The shower in our room leaked badly and the curtain would not stay in place, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor. I also could not connect to the WiFi during our st

I booked through expedia and booked a double room that says it sleeps 6 for our family of 5 with a sofa bed But when we get to the hotel the front desk says it's just double queen. So we we're willing to just get that room just for a night stay. The lady in the front desk went to the back and when she came back she came with Louie and boy did he solved our problem with no hesitation and give us an upgrade and give us the room that will fit our needs. He went above and beyond and an excellent service and he is the nicest person to talk to. We felt welcomed and we had a very nice and comfy stay.
