⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough about the team at Firestone in Buena Park. I was in the middle of an Uber trip, about 60 miles from home, when I hit a large chunk of metal on the freeway. My vehicle had to be towed in, and to say I was stressed would be an understatement. From the moment I walked through the door, this team treated my emergency like it was their own. Kimberly at the service counter was absolutely outstanding. She took control of the situation immediately, kept me informed every step of the way, and made me feel like I was the only customer in the building. Thank you, Dominique and the entire team, for the outstanding customer service! I came in unsure of what I needed after getting a flat tire, and everyone was so kind, patient, and accommodating. ive been here a few times and honestly its fine. they got my car fixed quick and the price was reasonable which is rare around here. the guy at the front desk was helpful but a little too pushy about selling me extra services i didnt ask for. i just wanted my brakes done not a whole list of other things to worry about. still they did the job right and my car has been running fine since so i cant complain too much. wish theyd just chill out on the upsell though.
