I don’t usually write reviews, but I couldn’t let this experience go without sharing it. This all started with a Saturday appointment, which should have been a routine visit but turned into a 5‑hour appointment involving two crowns and a wisdom tooth extraction, and it took eight injections just to get me numb. The crowns were made incorrectly, and I had to return three separate times over the next month to get them fixed. This was not a cheap experience, and the constant back‑and‑forth completely disrupted my schedule. During the first visit, the dental assistant left the cement for the temporary tooth in my mouth for too long, and when she finally removed it, she had to rip it out. It left pieces stuck to my gums, and I was in pain for weeks afterward. Before I left, they almost sent me home without any care instructions for my wisdom tooth extraction — my husband had to ask for them.

I have mixed reviews on this dentist location. I’ve had dentist work done and cleanings done here and personally i’ve had a good experience. I like how close and convenient this office is to where I live. Also opened 7 days a week. Awesome. I liked it so why not recommend my mom to this same office location. I cannot say the experience was the same. First of all, I was told a certain payment amount per month by the front desk rep Carey. The next visit, I was told the amount given was incorrect and would be about $50 more per month. We already had started the treatment so accepted it either way. My mom was taken into a room and was left waiting for 40 minutes alone. The doctor went in to give anesthesia cream and was told to give it 5 minutes and the doctor didn’t return till 30 min later and my mother stated she no longer felt any numbness. Terrible service, they changed appointment 2 times because of no dentist and no technician... Also, cleaning service was not done by dentist but done by dental technician self without helper, and after finishing cleaning the technician put a weird material that I don't know but feels like a wax on teeth 😬 I don't want to recommend anyone this dental office
