As with ally reviews this is my experience and my opinion. The front desk clerk refused to let me use my 88-year-old mother's credit card unless she came inside. I asked if staff could walk out to our vehicle to verify it with her, but he claimed no one was available—even though a manager was standing right there. I finally brought my mother inside and handed him her Discover card from my wallet. He accepted it without even checking her ID, making the entire ordeal completely unnecessary. ​The grounds were poorly kept, with bags of trash and old pizza boxes piled in the bushes outside the rooms. When we entered our first room, we found a full garbage bag on the bed, stripped mattresses, and piles of dirty linens. ​I went back to the front desk to report the mess. Stayed with my brother for his birthday. Clean rooms beds were a little hard. After going to Knotts bed was comfortable. Location was better than we thought. Over all pleasant stay. The housekeeping was very kind and the front dest very attentive. Thank you all the the reviews it help choose the INN

I have stayed at this hotel about 100 days over the past 6-8 years. It has a wonderful location. The service is great and the rooms are almost always clean. The beds are starting to wear out and could use replacement. In my two recent stays the beds were hard as a rock. That wasn't always the case. I recommend to management to get new ones ASAP or risk loosing a long time customer.
