We’ve stayed at many hotels over the years, and while clean rooms and nice facilities are important, those things can be found almost anywhere. What truly sets this hotel apart is its people. From the moment we walked through the door, the front desk team made us feel genuinely welcome. We mentioned that we might need to use the lobby for some work, and the front desk lady on the night of June 16 was incredibly thoughtful. She turned on lights for us and even asked whether the lobby music might be distracting while we worked. It was such a small gesture, but it spoke volumes about the level of care and attention she showed. Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered—from the breakfast attendants to the housekeeping team—was warm, friendly, and attentive. Their kindness never felt scripted; it felt sincere. I recently stayed at Hampton Inn & Suites Buena Park and had an excellent experience. The front desk staff greeted me with a smile, looked up my reservation quickly, and professionally explained where my room was located. My top-floor room had a beautiful scenic view, the temperature was perfect upon arrival, and everything was clean and well organized. One feature that really stood out was the elevated shower head. At nearly 7 feet tall, I rarely find hotel showers comfortable, but this one was mounted high enough to make a big difference. That attention to detail made my stay especially enjoyable. Another big plus was the complimentary breakfast — everything was fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day. A true 5-star experience from check-in to check-out.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Buena Park this spring and had a great time! From the start, the check-in was super friendly, and the evening front desk was also very friendly and approachable. My room was kept extremely clean, so hats off to housekeeping! I loved how spacious the meeting room was—perfect for collaborative discussions. They also have a great fire pit where I met some really funny guys. The fitness center and breakfast were solid too, making my stay really comfortable. Overall, a great option!
