I had a fantastic experience here for my EQB 250+ annual service last Thursday. They initially estimated it would take over 2 hours, but they finished way ahead of schedule! I loved that they kept me updated with text messages on the progress the entire time. ​Price-wise, it was surprisingly affordable for a Mercedes-Benz—much better than other shops, and they never pushed any unnecessary services. They also completely fixed a minor brake issue I was having. Plus, the coffee machine in the waiting area was excellent! Highly recommend their honest and efficient service.

I had a great experience at House of Imports Service Center. The service was fast, professional, and very convenient from start to finish. I especially appreciated the detailed inspection and the video report they sent to me by text, showing the condition underneath the car. Being able to actually see what the technician found gave me a lot of confidence and made it easy to understand the recommended service. The courtesy drop-off service was also very helpful and made the entire process much more convenient. The staff was professional, thorough, and clearly focused on taking good care of my vehicle. Overall, I was very impressed with the fast service, detailed check-up, video inspection report, and excellent customer service. I had an excellent experience at House of Imports Mercedes-Benz. My Service Advisor, Jung Wha, was professional, friendly, and very attentive throughout the entire process. She kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions promptly, and made everything smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated her outstanding customer service and dedication.
