Steed Auto Repair

This establishment is a rip-off, charging dealership prices without providing dealership-quality work. As an example, I paid to have my van aligned here, but the issue was not resolved. I had to get the alignment redone at an actual dealer, where the difference in quality was night and day. A simple battery replacement costs over $200 here. It's better to buy a $100 battery at Costco and replace it yourself. I have also heard from other customers that this shop has replaced the wrong parts entirely, wasting people's time and money while leaving them with an inoperable car.

I’m not one to write a bad review unless I feel justified. I’m disappointed with how they went about doing business this time around, I trusted them to be honest and when I took my van in for a simple battery exchange they told me it was not my battery to leave my car over night. My gut is always on point never fails me, so I said I’ll be back instead…. Next day my battery died I had aaa come over and upon looking at it they said who told you it wasn’t your battery? It’s so apparent to the eye with all the corrosion on it and how long I’ve had it that it was the battery. The strange thing is that my cap on my coolant was missing and no coolant at all. Now if your my trusted mechanic I would imagined you would have seen that the day before and told me. The aaa guy was more helpful and buy new battery got my car to start and even helped me with the other things. Costing me a total of 222.

Shout out to younger David for helping me out with my alignment on my lowered truck today. This place doesn’t get any better when it comes to honesty and integrity. Everyone working here is so nice. Extremely knowledgeable with cars and very affordable prices. It’s very hard to find good mechanic shops like these. My respect to this shop 🫡
