I had reviewed the place here on Google reviews and although there were many complaints. I took a chance based on some recent reviews and the responses from the actual staff to the bad reviews is what caught my attention. I could tell they were honest and accountable responses. When we arrived, it was a normal welcoming atmosphere. We have a very comfortable bed at home and even at a Marriott I get disappointed with the beds. This place I didnt even think of how comfortable it was until I left. We stayed in room 211. Anyway, we did experience parking the second night after a long day at Knotts, which was a mile away, but I was able to bring it to the attention of the office staff and I was helped right away with no complaints just a quick solution. No drama and I wasn’t treated like I was a Waste of their time. For the price and the age of the place the owners and staff do a great job!

Let's start this review with, my husband has been a Best Western member for years and traveled for business for years only staying at Best Westerns. So with that said...Do you like cheap rooms? This is the place to be. Well we got what we paid for. Crap smeared on the wall (for some reason this review will not allow me to post Photos), towels had lint all over them (so of course when you just get out the shower, you're wet and the lint sticks to you), when you need more towels, they won't have any. The beds are so uncomfortable, they roll, room stinks, Oh and my husband got stuck in their elevator. Can't rate their breakfast because I didn't want my kids eating here, the lobby where breakfast is being served looks suspect. Location is great, but everything else about this place gets a zero. Ok, I'll take the zero rating back and say that they get a star because of the customer service t

First of all… the “continental breakfast” that is stated when you book the place, is a lie. They only had these two types of tiny pastries along with some toast that you can put jam or butter on, yogurt, pre-packaged hard boiled eggs from Costco, instant oatmeal, and cereal that the milk was served out of a pitcher so you can’t see the date on the milk. The coffee was also stale and hard to enjoy. The dinning area/ lobby only seats like 16 people. Why have a microwave if they don’t really serve anything that’s worth warming up. The rooms were decent. There is only a desk that has some outlets that were too loose to plug anything in along with a rolling chair that barely fits under the desk and was super dirty that it stained towels that were hung on it to dry. Some of my pillows had no pillow cases and house keeping failed put them on after I requested. You can hear your upstairs neighbo
