april hards· 2 months agoThe door to our room had a two inch gap at the bottom so tou could see outside from it. I had to use one of the towels to stuff in it when we were in the room. The pool was nice but the hot tub was broken. The bed and surfaces were clean but the walls were filthy disgusting. Looked like maybe at one point in time it may have been a smoking room because it looked like nicotine seeping through the paint and on the lamp covers. The bathroom was clean but old and worn out. The continental breakfast is a joke. All they have is waffle that you have to cook yourself and they are set up so close together there is no space for people or plates while tou make them. They have white bread that tou can toast, Cheerios and yoghurt- although you have to request yoghurt they don’t actually keep it stalked in the fridge. The coffee is like tea- it is so week it’s not even worth drinking, especially if y
Brogan Johnson· 2 months agoChecked in 8/6 and while we eventually got a room, the check-in experience was the worst I've had at a hotel. My wallet was stolen in LA so I'm waiting on new cards. I had my physical ID + tap to pay. My partner had her debit card + photo ID + a printed copy from LA County. Front desk refused to take her card, refused my tap to pay, and refused $150 cash - said only $200 cash or $100 on a physical card, no exceptions. More than the policy, it was the attitude. Extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional while we were clearly trying to solve it and were willing to pay. I had to leave and go to Walmart to try to load Venmo (can't be done that late) and finally found my Go2Bank card after searching everything just to get checked in. Then after all that, he gave us keys that didn't work. Had to go back to the desk TWO different times for keys to a room that wouldn't open before finally ge
Travis Waite· 3 months agoPictures make it look much nicer than it is. It says hotel, but with the doors all outside that seems to make it a motel. Felt a little sketchy so we didn't leave anything in the car. Room was clean and you can tell it was once a really nice place. It is a good location being walking distance to Medieval Times which was our reason for staying. Service was good, we were upgraded in our suite at the same price because of an electrical issue for our room. Buildings are way spread out, so much so that we drove to breakfast at the lobby. Breakfast was meh, 99% carbs. Overall I'd stay again, but with tempered expectations
