This is an all around great hotel! The rooms are very clean and have plenty of room, we had a room facing the patio area and at night the patio was beautifully lit. The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. I had a special request and they were able to help me with it. It really brightened my day and made my trip and stay a special one. There wasn't any noise issues at all and being on the main floor I thought there would be. I enjoyed the restaurant and being able to get Starbucks at 6:30 every morning. I loved being able to walk just a few minutes to Knotts Berry Farm amusement park. I would highly suggest staying here.

Location and service are good at this hotel, however, the rooms are very mid. The shower has weak pressure, the vanity is small and low, and the AC is a loud in-room unit. There is no towel ring for the hand towels, so they just lay crumpled on your vanity, taking up valuable real estate. The rooms have been refreshed, but not renovated. 6 min walk from the lobby to Knotts marketplace and several mins beyond that to Knotts Berry Farm theme park. Add an extra 10 minutes walking and you’re at Soak City (low-tier water park). If you’re not a fan of the Knotts themed food, lots of restaurants and shops just a quick drive away. Pool is nice with sufficient tables and loungers and lobby is comfortable. Hotel parking is $25/day unless you book a package with them.

Our family stayed at the Knott’s Hotel from June 21–22 to celebrate Father’s Day and enjoy a fun summer getaway with our kids. We had planned this trip for quite some time and drove all the way from Arizona to spend time together at the hotel and Knott’s Berry Farm. When we arrived, we discovered there had been a mix-up with our reservation. We had reserved two connecting rooms, but the reservation had accidentally been made for the wrong month. We were understandably stressed and worried that our plans might be ruined. Thankfully, the manager/supervisor who helped us was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. She took the time to listen to our situation and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She was able to get us the connecting rooms we needed so our family could stay together. Her compassion and exceptional customer service truly saved our Father’s Day celebration and
